Project Manager

Job Description

• Formulate project plans based on business requirements (schedule, budget, structure, risk planning).
• Coordinate and build consensus with clients and internal stakeholders during the requirements definition phase.
• Manage and report on project progress, cost, and quality.
• Manage tasks, resource coordination, and deliverables for the development team (engineers, designers, testers, etc.).
• If you have English proficiency, you may be assigned to project management, including offshore control (at our Indian base). A support team, including PMO members, will back up your daily operations, allowing you to focus on project management.

Required Requirements

• More than 5 years of project management experience
• More than 5 years of design and development experience
• Native-level Japanese skills

Preferred Requirements

• Modern front-end development experience such as React (including Next.js), Angular or Vue
• Development experience in C#.NET core (including MVC)
• Development experience on Azure
• Experience developing data integration programs with SAP (BAPI, iDocs, etc.)
• Business-level English skills
