■仕事内容

金融機関向けオンプレミス型データセンター環境におけるネットワークインフラの設計・構築・運用保守を担当していただきます。

ネットワークおよびセキュリティの設計・導入から、運用設計、保守、改善提案までインフラライフサイクル全体に携わります。
システム全体のアーキテクチャ設計、改修、構築、運用、保守を幅広く担当いただくポジションです。

■主な業務内容

• ネットワーク設計・構築・運用の推進

• ネットワーク機器の設定および運用管理

• 要件ヒアリングおよびネットワーク全体設計

• トラブルシューティングおよび週末メンテナンス対応

• 設計書・構成図・提案資料などのドキュメント作成

• 関係部署・ステークホルダーとの連携

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support mission-critical financial infrastructure in an on-premises data center environment.

This role covers the full lifecycle of network infrastructure, including design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for end-to-end network and security architecture as well as system enhancement and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead network design, implementation, and operational management

• Configure and maintain network devices during deployment and operations

• Gather requirements and design end-to-end network architecture

• Perform troubleshooting and support scheduled weekend maintenance

• Produce technical documentation (design documents, diagrams, presentations)

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve infrastructure

■応募要件（必須）

• ネットワーク運用／設計／構築の実務経験5年以上
  （L2／L3ネットワーク、ファイアウォール設計・運用）

• Cisco ACIの実務経験2年以上

• Cisco Systems 技術におけるCCIEレベル相当の知識・経験

• ネットワークシステム全体の設計・構築経験

• 円滑なコミュニケーション能力

■歓迎スキル

• 英語または中国語（ビジネスレベル歓迎）

• プリセールス経験

• プロジェクト管理またはチームリーダー経験

• Cisco認定資格（CCIE等）

• 情報処理技術者資格

• PMPなどプロジェクトマネジメント資格

■語学力

日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
英語または中国語：歓迎

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network operations, design, and implementation
  (L2/L3 networking and firewall design/operation)

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI

• CCIE-level knowledge and experience with Cisco technologies

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide network systems

• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Business-level English or Chinese

• Pre-sales experience

• Project management or team leadership experience

• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCIE)

• National IT certifications

• PMP or other project management certifications

Language Requirements

Japanese: Business level or above
English or Chinese: Preferred
