・Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
・Experience in manufacturing. if they have experience in high-mix, low-volume production is a strong plus.
・Ability to adapt to a broad set of responsibilities within a small team environment.
・Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 Skills Required (Preferred)・Kannada spakers are an advantage but not mandatory

・Utilize ERP systems for basic quantity management and data entry (advanced ERP expertise not required).
