Job Overview: Looking for quality managers having strong expereince into QA and QC for construction sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Propose and implement improvements to construction processes based on site observations and technical evaluations.
• Develop, plan, and implement design standards and quality control systems to enhance overall business performance, including businesses invested in by the Company.
• Conduct technical surveys, assessments, and studies to evaluate design quality, construction standards, and operational compliance across business units.
• Lead and coordinate quality control initiatives for facility management, providing technical guidance and recommendations to ensure consistent standards and best practices.
• Formulate, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of environmental policies, sustainability initiatives, and compliance programs across the Company’s business operations and investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and environmental requirements are met throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor, review, and continuously improve quality management processes, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions where necessary

Job Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2+ years on-site experience as construction manager level from any contractor, real estate developer or consultant company.

• Experience in dealing with site issues, progress control, and coordination with contractors
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications
• Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Experience in client-side supervision or developer-side roles
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; experience with additional design or project management tools is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
