【Bilingual Junior Infrastructure Engineer - minimum 6 months experiences are required】

Responsibilities:

Project assignment will be determined based on your experience, availability, and preferred work location. You will be involved in bilingual (Japanese & English) IT user support projects.

Example Projects:

- On-site support for IT equipment (PCs and peripheral devices)
- Meeting room equipment support and conference assistance
- Front desk / help desk support, responding to IT-related inquiries from visiting users
- Network infrastructure setup, relocation, replacement, and ongoing operations
- Network setup, maintenance, and management for overseas branch openings and closures
- Firewall configuration and management (e.g., FortiGate)
- System and network monitoring using tools such as Zabbix

Required Skills:

- At least 6 months of hands-on experience as an infrastructure or IT engineer
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 equivalent or higher)
- Business-level English proficiency
- Strong motivation to work in Japan and willingness to continue learning Japanese

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Certifications related to IT infrastructure

- Certified Solutions Architect,
- Microsoft Azure certifications,
- Google Cloud certifications
- CCNA
- LPIC, CompTIA Network+
