Responsibilities:

- Manage and operate server (Linux/Windows), VMware, storage, backup, and cloud environments (M365, Entra ID)
- Oversee network and security operations
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and vendor coordination
- Plan and execute change management activities
- Manage patching, system hardening, and security configurations
- Coordinate with German HQ and local vendors
Maintain technical documentation and configuration management

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience across network, server (Linux/Windows), virtualization (VMware), and cloud environments (M365, Entra ID)
- Strong operational knowledge of infrastructure security, patching, and system hardening
- Experience coordinating incidents, vendors, and change management processes
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or similar) are highly preferred
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, mid-sized team environment
