Key Responsibilities:

• Perform as an insurance application manager to lead or support application analysis and solution design based on microservice architecture

• Analyze insurance business logic and operational flows to design system functionality based on microservice architecture

• Deliver or support Agile, Cloud, and AI system applications

• 15+ years of application development and maintenance experience

• 5+ years of working experience in the insurance industry

• 10+ years of experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models

• Strong technical expertise in:

  • Application architecture

  • DevOps / CI-CD

  • Cloud / Data / AI

• Solid knowledge of insurance products and operations

• Strong sense of issue and risk management, with proactive problem-solving and continuous quality improvement

• Strong communication and presentation skills
