Data Solution Architect

Role Overview

• Support day-to-day management of a ~40-person data and analytics team covering:

  • Applied AI / ML

  • Data architecture

  • Data engineering

  • Data visualization

  • ERP analytics

• Act as a strategic advisor to executive-level clients, primarily in financial services (insurance focus, plus banking and capital markets), as well as other industries.

• Lead client engagements from opportunity shaping through delivery, ensuring measurable business value.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, end-to-end architecture solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

• Drive business development activities such as proposal creation, client presentations, solution design, and deal closure.

• Own and deliver against revenue targets, utilization goals, and team performance KPIs.

• Represent the team in regional and global forums and contribute to thought leadership in data and AI strategy.

• 10+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation.

• Strong background in solution architecture with recent experience in strategic advisory and business development.

• Deep expertise across:

  • Data strategy

  • Applied AI / ML

  • Enterprise data architecture

• Ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions.

• Experience managing large teams, complex programs, and multiple workstreams.

• Proven experience owning project P&L and consistently meeting revenue targets.

• Cloud solution architect certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills
