• 不正検出、信用スコアリング、顧客セグメンテーション、運用、パーソナライズマーケティング向けAI/MLモデルの設計・実装

• 機械学習パイプラインの開発、モデルの本番環境へのデプロイ

• 部門横断チームとの協働によるビジネス要件の技術ソリューションへの落とし込み

• データ準備、モデル学習、デプロイ、運用監視までのAIソリューション全体のリード

• 生成AI、NLP、予測分析などの新技術評価

• データプライバシー、倫理、規制遵守に沿ったAI運用の確保

• 社内AI能力向上のための技術指導・知識共有

• サイバーセキュリティ・ITインフラチームとの連携による安全なAI運用

• Design and implement AI/ML models for fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation, operations, and personalized marketing

• Develop machine learning pipelines and deploy models in production environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Lead end-to-end AI solution lifecycle: data prep → model training → deployment → monitoring

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies such as Generative AI, NLP, and Predictive Analytics

• Ensure ethical, compliant AI usage in alignment with data privacy and regulatory guidelines

• Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing to enhance internal AI capability

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT infrastructure teams to maintain secure AI operations

• コンピュータサイエンス、AI、データサイエンス関連分野の学士または修士号

• AI/MLモデル開発および実装で5年以上の実務経験（金融サービスまたはクレジットカード業界尚可）

• AIワークフローおよびRAG統合の経験

• Python、TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn、データ操作ライブラリに精通

• データエンジニアリング、特徴量エンジニアリング、データパイプライン自動化の知識

• クラウドAIプラットフォーム（AWS SageMaker、Azure ML、GCP Vertex AI）の使用経験

• 統計モデリング、監督あり/なし学習、ディープラーニング手法の理解

• 本番環境でのAIモデル運用経験

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語力があれば尚可

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 5+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, preferably in financial services or credit cards

• Experience with AI workflows and RAG integration

• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and data manipulation libraries

• Strong knowledge of data engineering, feature engineering, and automated data pipelines

• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)

• Understanding of statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and deep learning

• Proven experience deploying AI models in production

• Native Japanese; English proficiency is a plus
