Technical Lead

About the position

• Lead technical planning and execution for projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure quality standards.
• Mentor developers and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage risks, resolve technical issues, and escalate when needed.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. 

 Must

• At least 5 years in Full stack development
• Backend: Java, Frontend: React
• Business level of Japanese (N2 or above) and English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital transformation projects and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience in working with Onsite / Offshore model.
