The company produces high precision metal materials and components supplied to the automotive, electronics and semiconductor industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee production planning, facility maintenance and manpower allocation within the production area.

• Lead production operators to support daily operational requirements.

• Plan and lead ISO Audits and Customer audits.

• Oversee inventory for production materials and product packaging.

• Manage production scheduled waste handling and compliance.

• In charge of Corrective Action Reports, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and other required documentation.

• Support additional tasks assigned by management when necessary.

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or equivalent.

• Preferably with at least 5 years of Production Management in Manufacturing industry.

• Experience in leading production team and operators.

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and ensuring production quality compliances.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
