SAP Solution Architect

Position: SAP Solution Architect
Location: Tokyo (WFH Available)
Language Requirement: Japanese Native or JLPT N1
Industry Preference: Manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
Budget: Up to JPY 1.5 Million per Month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to design, lead, and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions for enterprise clients in Japan. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP architectures, with a strong focus on integration, performance, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define SAP end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and IT strategy.

• Lead SAP landscape design across modules such as S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and integrations.

• Act as the bridge between business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into SAP solution blueprints.

• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, integration patterns, and system design.

• Support implementation, migration, and rollout activities for SAP programs.

• Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability.

• Participate in workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions in Japanese.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as an SAP Solution Architect or SAP Technical/Functional Lead.

• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration.

• Experience across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).

• Solid understanding of SAP landscape, interfaces, middleware, and cloud integration.

• Ability to lead design discussions and influence technical decisions.

• Native Japanese or JLPT N1 level communication skills.

• Experience working with manufacturing clients is a big plus.

  日本国内のエンタープライズ顧客向けに、SAPのエンドツーエンドソリューションを設計・リード・提供する SAP Solution Architect を募集しています。
  ビジネス部門および技術チームと密に連携し、要件をスケーラブルなSAPアーキテクチャへ落とし込み、統合性・パフォーマンス・ベストプラクティスを重視した設計を担当していただきます。

  主な業務内容

• ビジネスおよびIT戦略に沿った SAP全体アーキテクチャ設計

• S/4HANA、FI/CO、MM、SD、PP、QM、PM などのモジュールおよび連携設計のリード

• 業務部門・SAPコンサルタント・技術チームの橋渡し役

• ビジネス要件の整理および SAPソリューション設計書（Blueprint）作成

• 必須スキル・経験

• SAP Solution Architect または SAPテクニカル／機能リードとしての豊富な経験

• SAP S/4HANAアーキテクチャおよび連携設計 の実務経験

• FI/CO、MM、SD、PP 等、複数モジュールの経験

• SAPランドスケープ、インターフェース、ミドルウェア、クラウド連携の理解

• 設計ディスカッションをリードし、技術的意思決定ができる能力

• 日本語ネイティブまたは JLPT N1レベル のコミュニケーション力

• 製造業向けSAPプロジェクト経験があれば尚可
