Description

• Architect and deliver end-to-end, production-grade AI platforms, including LLM orchestration, RAG (vector and graph-based), NLP/NLU pipelines, and multi-agent systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Lead AI system design and implementation at scale, integrating LLM APIs, designing complex AI workflows, and optimizing backend architectures for high-throughput, low-latency AI workloads
• Establish and own advanced MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD for ML, automated monitoring, retraining pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and production observability
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction, driving best practices, mentoring engineers, conducting design reviews, and translating complex business requirements into robust AI solutions

A successful Senior AI Engineer/Architect should have:

• Proven experience architecting and operating production AI systems at scale, with deep hands-on expertise in LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, NLP/NLU pipelines, and multi-agent systems
• Strong MLOps and production engineering background, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, retraining workflows, and operating AI systems in cloud environments
• Excellent system design and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI architectures
• Demonstrated technical leadership and communication skills, capable of driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and influencing stakeholders across engineering and product teams
