Project Manager - Telecommunication Domain

Position: Project Manager (Communication Technology Group – CTG)
Location: Japan Working Style: Hybrid (mainly remote work)

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage system development projects by combining HCL and third-party products/services to meet customer requirements.
•Collaborate with domestic partners, overseas product teams, and internal divisions to deliver mission-critical services for major telecom carriers.

Required Qualifications (Must):

•3+ years of project management or related experience in system development
•Requirement definition and client-facing skills
•Experience managing teams of 10+ members
•Knowledge of Linux/UNIX terminal operation, Shell
•Basic IT infrastructure and TCP/IP networking knowledge

Flexibility in Requirements:

•Candidates without prior Project Manager experience can also be considered, starting as Project Leads.
•Telecom/Media industry experience is not mandatory, as long as the candidate has strong interest and motivation.
•Candidates with Pre-sales experience may also be considered.
