JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and assess transactions, product‑shifting applications, and their potential implications.
• Classify products according to export control requirements, including strategic and non‑strategic categories.
• Coordinate with HQ to ensure that policy updates and equipment movement information are accurately captured in the company database.
• Ensure Trade Control processes adhere to local regulatory requirements and the company’s global control standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records for all Trade Control‑related operations.
• Conduct end‑user screenings for products prior to shipment or quotation.
• Provide training to enhance awareness of export and customs compliance across the Group.
• Undertake additional ad hoc duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Product Classification, Customs Regulations, or Singapore’s Strategic Goods Control Act is preferred.

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Strong team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
