Key Responsibilities:
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards, customer requirements, and IPC/industry specifications
Perform in‑process, final inspections and monitor product quality throughout production stages
Analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Handle customer quality issues, including complaint investigation, 8D reports, and follow‑up actions
Support internal, customer, and supplier audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings
Work closely with Production, Process, and Engineering teams to improve yield and product reliability

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Quality, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
Experience in quality assurance or quality engineering within semiconductor, PCB, or electronics manufacturing is preferred
Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 7 QC tools, 8D, and CAPA methodologies
Familiar with quality management systems (ISO 9001 / IPC standards is an advantage)
Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
Good communication skills; Mandarin or Korean language ability is a plus
