Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineer

• Planning and setting up the layout of the DJ equipment PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production line
• Maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools used in the DJ equipment PCBA production line
• Creation and management of production-related documents for DJ equipment PCBA manufacturing
• QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management and improvement activities on the DJ equipment PCBA production line
• Training and development of operators (including onboarding education)

Career path:

• During the initial factory setup, the focus will be on installing production equipment for the PCBA manufacturing line, starting up the machines, and onboarding and training workers, including line leaders.
• After that, the role will involve managing production operations in the PCBA manufacturing process, including maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools, as well as quality improvement activities for the PCBA manufacturing line.

Requirements:

• University graduate or higher
• English (Required): Business-level proficiency (able to understand and actively participate in internal meetings)
• Practical experience in PCBA production such as SMT: 3 years or more
• Experience operating equipment in SMT production
• Experience creating programs for SMT machines
  Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in electronic device board mounting processes
• Experience managing Wave Soldering equipment
• Experience in maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools

• Practical experience in Japanese or foreign-affiliated manufacturing plants
