■Basic purpose of the job
・Deliver the successful project goal including hyper care of global standard system deployment （SAP S4/HANA） in SCM area of pharmaceutical manufacturing following all Quality cGMP standards
・Establish system and operation robustness as a system key user after deployment
・Realize continuous business efficiency improvement by maximizing deployed system capability
・Foster digitalization in the HP Supply Japan organization


■Accountabilities
・Deploy global standard system （SAP S4/HANA） as a project member
・Organize and/or provides trainings users
・Drive demand and change management regarding systems （e.g. new requirements bug fixes and CAPA）
・Ensure system and operational robustness
・Continuous exchange with end users to realize future improvement of global template/system set up as a system key user
・Initiate and promote the digitalization within the organization
・Foster communication and support cultural change towards digitalized processes

Required Skills
■Knowledge
・Pharmaceutical production and logistics process
・cGMP/Quality
・（Preferrable）ERP/EWM Implementation experience （Project lead or Key User/ Super User）
・（Preferrable）Equipment/Computer System validation experience

Required Education
■ Degree / Education
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

■Major / Focus
・Background in business administrations IT system pharmaceutical science engineering production knowledge material management mathematics/statistics or the equivalent in experience

■Language Skills Proficiency
・Advanced level in English
・Advanced level in Japanese（preferrable）
