プラスチックファスナー製品の設計・エンジニアリング業務を担当頂きます。

◆Position Summary:
Technical Sales ・ ITW Automotive Japan will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible both of design/engineering and sales activities for Plastic Fastener Products.

◇Responsibilities:
・ Develop strong relationship that provide insight and a landscape where ITW has a competitive advantage
・Proactively seek business opportunities by engaging customer’s engineering in early development stage thereby establishing ITW as the preeminent solutions provider for plastic fasteners
・Define technical and other requirements to obtain business
・Enlighten ITW way/culture and drive customers with deep product design/manufacturing/testing knowledge
・Support the ITW innovation strategies to identify opportunities
・Demonstrates personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance
・ Create necessary reports upon requests
・Manage program launches along with internal/external milestones
・Identify customer pain points and create ITW value

【必須】
・自動車業界でプラスチック製品の設計または5年以上のエンジニアリング経験、プラスチックファスナーの設計があれば尚可
・JOEM開発プロセスの経験
・優れたコミュニケーション能力
・グローバルでのコミュニケーション及び業務の経験
・プラスチック製品やデザインに関する知識
