■職務内容
プロダクトプロジェクトガバナンスマネージャーとして、過去のプロダクトプロジェクトから得られたプラクティスを活用し、製品開発プロセスの改善を主導する責任を担います。
多くの部門と連携し、社内のクロスファンクショナルプロセスに影響を与えます。

[主な職務]
1） プロセス改善のリーダーシップ：過去のプロジェクトから得られた知見と教訓に基づき、製品開発プロセスの強化を主導します。特に重大な課題や目標の衝突解決において、部門横断的な効果的な連携を促進し、最適化され整合性のあるプロセスを実現する。
2） プロジェクト管理手法の定義：目標設定プロセスやマイルストーン成果物を含む、プロジェクト管理手法を定義し明確な指針を提供する。
3） ITツール開発の統括：効率的かつ透明性の高いプロジェクト管理を支援するITツールの開発を監督する。
4） プロジェクト組織向けトレーニング：リスク管理など主要なプロジェクト管理テーマに関するトレーニングプログラムを設計・実施する。
5） ガバナンス委員会：関連委員会におけるプロジェクトガバナンス関連の意思決定推進を担当する。

■部門の紹介
当部門はプロダクトプロジェクトガバナンスに加え、小型ディーゼル車およびEVトラックプログラムのプロジェクト管理を担当しています。
プロジェクト管理手法と基準の定義・維持、対象を絞ったトレーニングと堅牢なITツールによるプロジェクトチーム支援を行います。
過去のプロジェクトから得られた教訓を製品開発プロセスに体系的に組み込むことを保証します。
目標は、クロスファンクショナルチームとの緊密な連携により製品戦略を実行し、顧客ニーズとプロジェクト目標を期日通りかつ高品質で達成することです。

[組織]
LDTプロジェクト部門は4つのチームで構成されています。
1チームがプロジェクトガバナンスを、3チームが製品プロジェクト管理を専門としています。部門の人員は約20名です。
関連する全業務部門との部門横断的な連携が不可欠であり、委員会への報告及びそれに伴う準備がこの職務の主要な部分です。

[Job Summary]
As the Manager for Product Project Governance you are in the lead position to drive improvements in the product development process leveraging lessons learned from previous product projects.
Your role connects to many departments and you impact cross functional process across company.

[Key Responsibilities]
1） Process Improvement Leadership : Lead the enhancement of the product development process based on insights and lessons from past projects. Enable effective collaboration across functions especially in resolving critical issues or conflicting targets to achieve an optimized and aligned process.
2） Project Management Methodology Definition : Define and provide clear guidance on project management methods including target setting processes and milestone deliverables.
3） IT Tool Development Lead: Oversee the development of IT tools that support efficient and transparent project management.
4） Training Project Organization: Design and deliver training programs for project teams on key project management topics such as risk management.
5） Governance Committee: Take responsibility for driving decisions on project governance topics within relevant committees.

[Introduction/Description of the Department]
We are responsible for Product Project Governance as well as project management for Light Duty Diesel and Electric Truck programs.
We define and maintain project management methods and standards and support project teams through targeted training and robust IT tools.
We ensure that lessons learned from previous projects are systematically embedded into the Product Development Process.

[Organization]
LDT Project departments has 4 teams. 1 team is dedicated for Project Governance and 3 teams are dedicated for Product Project Management.
Department has approx. 20 people. Cross functional collaboration with all relevant line functions is essential committee reporting according preparation is major part of this role.

■ Job Experience Knowledge
1） Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Automotive Business or a related field.
2） Demonstrated experience in project management preferably within the automotive industry with a focus on powertrain or electric propulsion systems.
3） Proactive and self driven leader with strong team collaboration skills. Able to inspire and guide teams in adopting and executing new product development processes.
