Description

  • Support day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a well‑organized and smooth‑running workplace.
  • Act as a liaison with global teams, headquarters, and internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and GSM.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with visa applications for employees.
  • Handle visitor reception, calls, courier services, mail distribution, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and purchasing workflows to maintain an efficient environment.
  • Process expenses, invoices, and other administrative documentation accurately and on time.
  • Provide HR and general administrative support, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting with internal workflows.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in office administration or HR support, with solid skills in MS Office and the ability to work confidently in both Japanese and English. They are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while communicating effectively with colleagues and global teams. A background in a multinational company, experience with SAP, or additional language skills (such as Chinese) are valuable pluses. Above all, they take ownership of their work, learn new tools quickly, and contribute positively to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
