POSITION SUMMARY
This role plays a central part in driving company‑wide transformation initiatives and supporting strategic management operations. The position offers the opportunity to influence organizational direction while remaining hands‑on in executing key projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support and occasionally lead initiatives that enhance business management processes and drive organizational transformation across multiple departments. 

• Contribute as a core team member in developing group-wide management programs and regional collaboration efforts. 

• Manage end‑to‑end project activities, including planning, scoping, requirement gathering, implementation, and deployment. 

• Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and report updates to stakeholders proactively.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate stakeholder impact, assess change readiness, and support effective execution. 

• Develop data‑driven recommendations and assist in implementing solutions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to manage both hands‑on and hands‑off responsibilities depending on project needs. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization. 

• Experience supporting or leading multi‑stream projects, including business modelling and strategic initiatives. 

• Skilled in analyzing key performance metrics and providing insights to improve programs or processes. 

• Capable of coordinating with matrixed teams and assessing change impacts in complex environments. 

• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to organizational improvement and ongoing transformation

SALARY 　USD $63,180 – $78,976
