Position Purpose

The position is responsible for enhancing organizational governance and strengthening the compliance framework by proactively identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks. The role promotes ethical business practices and ensures adherence to regulatory and corporate compliance requirements across operations, stakeholders, and business partnerships.

Experience

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, or compliance functions

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor enterprise‑wide risk assessment activities across group entities.

• Support the development, execution, and follow‑up of risk mitigation plans.

• Assist in implementing governance and compliance initiatives related to:
  • Human rights

  • Anti-corruption and anti-bribery

  • Data protection and privacy

  • Information security

• Conduct due diligence for business partners, vendors, and third-party associations.

• Drive a culture of compliance by spearheading training programs, internal surveys, and communication campaigns.

• Provide support in ethics-related assessments, reviews, and investigations as required.
