Role: Officer- Cost Estimation

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze new project drawings and engineering changes to develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost sheets.
• Summarize technical data from drawings and BOM for reporting and decision-making.
• Estimate costs for engineering changes and new development parts (e.g., stamping, injection moulding).
• Utilize MS Excel for data creation, modification, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understand and apply key manufacturing processes such as stamping, injection moulding, assembly, and welding.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for top management on project progress and cost analysis.

• Strong understanding of process flow in manufacturing.
