Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot machine issues to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.

• Improve existing production processes while minimizing operational costs.

• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are well‑planned and effectively executed.

• Conduct in‑process checks to maintain product consistency and quality.

• Calculate production costs, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, and reduce reject rates.

• Determine production lead times and implement improvement strategies for efficiency.

• Understand, analyze, and optimize machine test parameters to ensure accurate testing and stable production performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven hands‑on experience in a production or process engineering role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and manage production costs and lead time.

• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with machine suppliers from China and maintenance teams.

• Solid understanding of preventive maintenance, machinery operations, and troubleshooting methods.

• Able to train and guide machine operators on correct processes and best practices.

• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of driving process improvements with minimal supervision.
