PR/123523 | Senior Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company’s budget and control it to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and control company cash flow to ensure availability of operational funds.
• Manage accounting functions in processing financial data and information to produce accurate financial reports.
• Review and analyze the preparation of standard product costing.
• Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing processes to ensure accuracy in the ERP system.
• Validate COGM and COGS in the system.
• Review RAB (budget plans) and prepare RM budgets.
• Prepare audited financial statements and work closely with external auditors.
• Coordinate with related departments on cost reduction, alternative solutions, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and controlling systems, procedures, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and controlling cash flow and company budgeting.
• Able to prepare work targets, work plans, and SOPs to support FAT department operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong capability in standard product costing and RAB preparation.
• Honest, responsible, and has good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime if required, able to work with targets and under pressure.
  Good interpersonal skills.
  Able to work independently and in a team.
