Job Description
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote company products.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with management and report directly to international management.
Travel frequently for business trips outside the city to expand market reach.
Solve operational and strategic challenges to ensure smooth sales execution.
Job Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Retail, Electronics, or Musical Instrument industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong in team or subordinates' management.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and strategies.
Highly target-oriented and results-driven.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate in English.
