1. Financial Management & Analysis (FP&A)

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts for all departments (R&D, Sales, Production).

• Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital, particularly managing the high-value inventory typical of the pharma sector.

2. Accounting & Reporting

• Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/PSAK and local regulations.

• Internal Controls: Maintain a robust control environment (SOX or equivalent) to prevent fraud and ensure data integrity.

3. Tax Compliance & Strategy

• Tax Filing: Manage the preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29) and Value Added Tax (PPN).

• Transfer Pricing: Oversee Transfer Pricing Documentation (Master File/Local File) for intercompany transactions, especially common in multinational pharma groups.

• Tax Audits: Act as the primary liaison for tax authorities during audits and represent the company in tax disputes.

4. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
