JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Origination & Market Mapping

• Proactively identify and originate new financing opportunities across a diverse range of asset classes

• Leverage and expand an existing network of corporate borrowers, financial sponsors, and intermediaries in the SE Asia region.

End-to-End Structuring & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end structuring.

• Design the technical mechanics of each deal

• Draft and negotiate term sheets and complex legal documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 7-10 years of experience in Asset-Backed Finance, Structured Credit, or Securitization within a major Financial Institution.

• Hybrid Skillset: Proven track record of independently originating new business and personally leading the technical structuring of those deals.
