Business System Analyst@ Global Issuance Company

Randstad is currently partnering with a global insurance company to support the hiring of a Business Systems Analyst. This role plays a critical part in bridging business needs and technical solutions, with a strong focus on system analysis, data design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business and system requirements.

• Analyze existing systems and source data

• Work with development teams on implementation

• Support documentation and testing activities

• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional system designs

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 6–10 years of experience in system development or Business/System Analyst roles

• Proven experience delivering successful system or data-related projects

• Strong leadership and project coordination skills

Technical Skills

• Strong system and data analysis skills (coding experience required)

• Solid knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MongoDB

• Experience with Linux environments and basic networking concepts

• Strong understanding of data structures and data management

• Exposure to modern data platforms and ecosystems (e.g. Hive, HBase, Spark, Zeppelin, Solr, Livy)

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
