【 Job Description】
1） General Department Management:
Develop Execute the Supply Chain ESG Strategy initiatives through appropriate ESG Governance （Processes Systems） .
Jointly work with Global TT/GRM organizations and promote Supply chain ESG Steering initiatives @ DTA.
DTA Procurement and Supply Chain ESG Communication Strategies.
2） CO2 Baselining and In House Competence Building:
Baselining Partner Tools Evaluation Benchmarking Finalization.
Co2 Baselining Report （Including Potential Decarbonizing Measures abatement Cost）.
Potential partners Evaluation for “Design to Cost / green measures sourcing feasibility evaluation.
Lighthouse Projects Kickoff: eCanter 2.1 SG MY23 （@2024） and Other Platforms in future.
Build In house Competence for future Co2 Baselining DTA Platforms.
3） Target Setting （SBTi or Other Methodology） and Green Sourcing Initiatives:
Model Based Steering: De Carbonizing Roadmap （Blue Sky） Roll Out Plan.
Green Sourcing Opportunities Business Case Implementation kick off / Series Steering （Marginal CO2 abatement cost curve MACC for high impact materials）.
RFI to DTA Supply Base: To investigate Green Parts Readiness of current DTA Supply base; Steer Blue Sky: （Roadmap） Commodity / Sourcing Strategies for key commodities/ aggregates.
Competition Vehicles Benchmarking / Suppliers Workshop / TEC Days Sustainability Drive Circular Economy （Identifying new green measures and initiatives）.
ESG Technology Days with Strategic Partners.
4） Compliance Management （Environment）@ DTA:
Green Purchasing Policy Procurement Guidelines roll out to DTA Supply base.
Environmental Sustainability Agreement Contracts （Including Open Contracts Management Negotiation Closing）.
CDP Roll Out Climate Rating / Scorecard（Yearly） ・Including Hazardous Substances Raw Materials （Yearly）.
CDP Risk Management: Performance Improvement Measures Communication Monitoring / Steering.
5） Training Planning Execution （Internal External） @ DTA:
Compliance and Sustainability @ TT/GA Supply base.
Basic and Expert Module ・ Compliance @ Procurement.
Sustainability Compliance Awareness Module for TT/GA Suppliers.
Knowledge Sharing Sessions Best practices learning and High Performance Rewards Sustainability Awards.

【Department Introduction】
To develop and implement the ESG supply chain strategy and green sourcing policies that align with the organization’s overall sustainability goals and comply with local as well as global regulations and standards.
Drive initiatives for determination of current supply chain related carbon footprints （Scope 3 Cat.1） through product baselining and LCA developments.
Implement and coordinate green sourcing initiatives with our suppliers for new and existing parts scope in collaboration with direct purchasing and cross functional teams.
Evaluation and monitoring of supplier performance on supply chain related human rights and environmental actions during supplier awarding activities as well as series supply to ensure adherence to regulations as well as defined company goals.（ESG Supplier Risk Management / Compliance Mechanism Including Germany SCDDA regulation requirements）
Raise internal and external awareness and continuous improvements on supply chain related ESG requirements through facilitation of sustainability trainings.
Set up and facilitation of external supplier events for mutual knowledge sharing best practices learning recognizing the high performance on ESG steering initiatives （e.g. DTA DTAG Supplier Awards）

【Requirement】
3 5 years working experience in the automotive procurement and supply chain ; Working experience in ESG Steering ZEV/Green Sourcing are an added advantage.
Educational Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering （Minimum） is preferred. Master of Business Administration （MBA） is an added advantage.
Knowledge on MS Office tools （Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Access） and Power BI.
Project Management Corporate Audits Digitalisation and Supplier Contract Management experiences would be an added advantage.
