職務概要：
医療機器の設計開発において、デザイントランスファー（開発された製品をCMOへ移管するプロセス）を主導できるエンジニアを募集します。 本ポジションでは、リスク分析に基づくリライアビリティ設計および設計検証をリードし、製品の品質と信頼性を確保しながら、製造委託先へのスムーズな移管を推進していただきます。 また、ヨーロッパの開発拠点のチームとグローバルに協働し、プロジェクトを推進するとともに、市場で発生した不具合の分析と開発へのフィードバックを通じて、製品の継続的な改善にも貢献していただきます。

Position Summary：
We are seeking an engineer who can lead the design transfer process ensuring the smooth transition of developed medical devices to Contract Manufacturing Organizations （CMOs）. In this position you will lead reliability design and design verification based on risk analysis driving the assurance of product quality and reliability while facilitating an efficient transfer to manufacturing partners. You will also collaborate globally with teams at our European development site to advance projects and contribute to continuous product improvement through the analysis of market complaints and feedback into the development process.

・リスク分析結果に基づくリライアビリティ設計および設計検証の計画・実行
・医療機器品質管理システムに必要なプロセス文書（特に設計・開発分野）の作成、レビュー、維持管理
・グローバル多職種チームと連携し、ユーザー/製品要件、リスク分析、検証・妥当性確認を推進
・医療機器に対する信頼性試験（ストレステスト、保存期間試験、輸送試験、環境試験など）の実施
・医療機器の設計検証試験の実施
・製造委託業者との技術的コミュニケーションおよび工程設計への関与
・苦情・不具合製品の分析調査および改善提案

Responsibilities：
・Lead design transfer activities ensuring the smooth technical transfer of developed products to CMOs
・Plan and execute reliability design and design verification based on risk analysis results
・Create review and maintain process documentation required for the medical device quality management system particularly in design and development
・Collaborate with global cross・functional teams to drive user/product requirements risk analysis verification and validation activities
・Conduct reliability testing for medical devices including stress tests shelf・life tests shipping tests and environmental tests
・Perform design verification testing for medical devices
・Engage in technical communication with manufacturing contractors and contribute to process design
・Analyze complaints and defective products and propose improvements

必須条件：
・理学、工学、または関連分野の学士号以上
・関連する医療機器業界における2年以上の実務経験と知識を有すること。より豊富な経験を有する候補者は上級職として考慮される
・デザイントランスファーの実務経験、またはそれに準ずる技術移管経験
・医療機器エンジニアリングスキル（設計・開発、技術文書作成、製品取り扱い、根本原因分析、データ分析、リスク管理）
・ISO 13485および厚生労働省告示第169号に関する知識
・ISO 14971および関連するISO/IEC規格に関する知識
・生産技術（製造プロセス、工程管理）の経験
・英語で会議をリードし、技術的議論を推進できるレベルのコミュニケーション能力
・英語文書の読解力・記述力・理解能力
・日本語での優れた口頭・文書コミュニケーション能力

・社内関係者との優れた英語でのコミュニケーション経験、および英語の読解力・記述力・理解能力を有することが強く望ましい
・医療機器開発における信頼性試験および設計移管の実務経験

Required：
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in science engineering or a related field
・Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge in the relevant medical device industry
（Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a senior position）
・Practical experience in design transfer or equivalent technical transfer activities
・Medical device engineering skills （design and development technical documentation product handling root cause analysis data analysis and risk management）
・Knowledge of ISO 13485 and MHLW Ministerial Ordinance 169
・Knowledge of ISO 14971 and related ISO/IEC regulatory standards
・Experience in production technologies （manufacturing processes and process control）
・Communication skills sufficient to lead meetings and drive technical discussions in English
・Ability to read write and understand technical documents in English
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese

Preferred：
・Strongly preferred: excellent communication experience in English with internal stakeholders along with strong reading writing and comprehension skills
・Hands on experience with reliability testing and design transfer in medical device development
・Experience collaborating with global teams in English
・Practical experience in reliability testing and design transfer in medical device development
・Experience working with CMOs or engaging in technical discussions with external manufacturing partners
