【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】
・Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with mid to long term business plans including integrated analysis and management of P L balance sheet and cash flow to support optimal capital structure and funding requirements.
・Establish and implement a funding plan based on the present situation and forecast in the future including communication negotiations and collaboration with regional treasury teams and financial institutions.
・Maintain efficient operation and appropriate cash flow management in collaboration with regional treasury teams.
・Share knowledge on treasury with internal organization and build strong relationships with external stakeholders including shareholders financial institutions and rating agencies in order to secure favorable financing conditions and enhance corporate credibility.
・Drive new initiatives to transform and enhance the treasury function at the Company by proactively leading strategic projects.
・Execute of ad hoc items related to corporate finance and treasury.

【必須 / Required】
・University degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline
・Fluency in Japanese and upper intermediate level in English （equivalent to TOEIC 700+）
・3+ years’ experience in corporate finance / treasury in a large corporate operating globally or comparable experience in a financial institution

【歓迎 / Preferred】
・Experience in creating and maintaining financial modelling
・Experience in working at headquarters of a listed company or a financial institution focusing on large corporate clients operating globally
・Experience in Bloomberg and SAP （S4 Hana）
