• Manage full digital project lifecycle from scoping to deployment
• Define requirements and create detailed project documentation
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for timely delivery

• 5+ years in digital/web project management and production
• Strong experience with CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress)
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
• Skilled in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Fluent Japanese (N2) and business-level English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
