We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our international engineering team focused on next-generation automotive and ADAS systems.

スキル・資格
3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development (intermediate or above).
Experience in the automotive industry or embedded software development for in-vehicle systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive (configuration, development, and integration).
Experience in ASPICE-compliant development environments.
ADAS system development project experience.
Knowledge and experience in computer vision and architecture design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks (e.g., GoogleTest), and Python scripting.
ROS experience is a plus.
Development experience in Linux environments.
English: business-level proficiency.
Japanese: reading, writing, and technical meeting communication (approx. Upper N3).
Proactive, self-driven, and able to build consensus within a team.
