Job Descriptions:

• Oversee all finance and accounting activities for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.

• Review general ledgers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Formulate financial strategies, manage budgets, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

• Identify financial risks, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure adherence to all financial regulations and tax obligations.

• Implement and manage financial systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team, establishing clear roles and objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics sectors.

•  In-depth knowledge of internal control principles and best practices, with proficiency in financial systems like Accurate.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with a high level of business integrity and accountability.

•  Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Report to Expatriate).

• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
