1. Meeting and advising clients on procuring the best and most appropriate contracts for the work they are undertaking.
2. Preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings.
3. Assisting in administering contracts and project certifications.
4. Liaising with appropriate authorities to obtain statutory approval.

5. Coordinating and liaising with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and project managers to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

    

6. Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant.
7. Following up with the detailed design process and coordinating design information.

8. Conducting site visits, managing client relationships and presenting design proposals to stakeholders.

    

    

    

Requirements: 

1. Degree in Architectural or equivalent 

    

2. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry
3. Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks and relevant building codes

4. Exceptional technical skills including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling and other design tools

    

5. Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering high quality, innovative designs.
6. Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment
