PR/096496 | IT Governance and Compliance Lead (IT Audit)

My client, a well-established FMCG company, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented leader to drive their IT Governance & Compliance mission. In this role, you’ll translate vision into action by leading governance and compliance programs, managing key projects, and guiding day-to-day team operations. Your work ensures our technology landscape remains innovative, secure, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance framework execution, including policy lifecycle management and Technology Governance Committee (TGC) meetings.
• Oversee compliance programs and audits (e.g., PCI DSS, Cyber Trust Mark), ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize governance and compliance processes.
• Manage control assessments, risk reviews, and provide advisory support for technology projects.
• Lead and mentor TG&C specialists, ensuring operational priorities and training programs are delivered effectively.

Ideal Profile

• At least 10 years in IT governance, compliance, or IT audit (a must) with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience managing audits and regulatory assessments.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, and governance frameworks; certifications like CISA, CGEIT, PMP are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement.
