JOB Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Customer Relations (MSIL & Toyota): Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolve conflicts, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Strong in Handling Quotation, Negotiation & - APR - (Annual Price Reduction activity)
• Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)- Drive CR Activity
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvements in the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong understanding of automotive supply chains, OEM and Quotation Analysis - Prepare the final Sales Quotation
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skill
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build professional relationships
• Toyota Handling & IATF Knowledge is key Advantage 

• On hand experience in Soft Skills - MS Office, Project management - Presentation preparation
