Job Description: 

• Manage and oversee manufacturing processes to ensure products work well and are made cost‑effectively.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability.
• Monitor production performance and adjust manpower, shift schedules, and overtime to meet targets efficiently.
• Prepare operational budgets and ensure all production costs stay within the planned budget.
• Plan and track production costs to ensure products are made profitably and efficiently.
• Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with planning, engineering, and assembly teams to meet deadlines and support production requirements.
• Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring department efficiency and achievement of KPIs.
• Hold team meetings, ensure clear communication with colleagues and management, and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in Planning, Procurement, Finance, or Process Engineering preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in Finance, Business Administration, Math/Statistics, or Engineering is suitable.
• Knowledge or experience in Procurement, Costing, Manpower planning, or Manufacturing/Operations is beneficial.
• Project Management experience or PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Must be able to communicate clearly across departments, convey key messages effectively, and be assertive when needed.
• Must be hands-on and willing to put in extra effort during business planning and reporting cycles.
