Company and Job Overview
This role is critical in ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations while fostering a strong culture of sustainability and workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE policies, procedures, and compliance with local regulations (OSHA, DOSH, DOE)

• Develop and implement environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives

• Manage environmental compliance, waste handling, and pollution control

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

   

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

   

• Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture

• Review contractor HSE plans and monitor on-site safety execution                                                                                                           

Job Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

• A Competent Environmental Health Officer certified by DOE

• Minimum 5 years of HSE management within industrial or chemical processing environments

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, risk management, and sustainability practices.

   

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, ISO 45001/14001 standards, incident investigation, and HIRARC

   

• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
