【業務内容】
今回の募集ポジションである、「シニア・ハードウエア・プロジェクトマネージャー」は、GKN Automotiveにおける電子制御ユニット（ECU）アプリケーションプロジェクトのハードウェアプロジェクト管理を行います。

欧州、北米、アジアにあるGKN Automotiveのハードウエアプロジェクトマネジメントチームと強固な連携をとりながら、自動車メーカーに最新の製品を提供します。
GKN Automotiveグループの日本法人であるGKNドライブラインジャパンは、日本の主要な自動車メーカーすべてと取引があり、ドライブシャフトをはじめ、リミテッド・スリップ・デファレンシャル（LSD）、ギヤボックスなどの自動車駆動系部品を、栃木、愛知の拠点で、開発、製造、販売を行っています。　
栃木市大光寺では、実車試験が可能なプルービンググラウンドを保有し、設計、実験、試作が行える開発センターがあり、最新の車両統合技術の開発を行っています。

• AUTOSARコンテキストにおいて、ASPICEプロセス（MAN.3、ACQ.4、HWE.x）に準拠した、社内開発のコアおよび顧客向けハードウェアアプリケーションプロジェクトの実行を調整
• ハードウェアエンジニアリング開発プロジェクトにおける社内外ステークホルダーの単一窓口として対応し、日本の顧客および市場に特に注力
• グローバルに活動する電子ハードウェアチーム、ローカル顧客プロジェクトチーム、システム・ソフトウェア・テストなど他領域との主要なインターフェースを担う
• ハードウェアプロジェクトのタイムラインを策定・管理し、合意されたマイルストーンと内容に沿って、予算内で品質目標を遵守しながら実行
• ローカルチームリードと連携し、チームメンバーへのタスク割り当てと成果物の納品責任を負う
• ハードウェアの観点から、サイバーセキュリティや機能安全などの複数領域のサブストリームを管理・供給
• ハードウェア開発プロジェクトにおける技術・スケジュール・コストリスクを特定し、リスク低減計画を策定・実行
• プロジェクト進捗を簡潔に示すメトリクスを特定・作成
• 開発中および量産後の製品コスト削減機会の収集・実装・追跡を支援
• 調達、サプライヤ品質、サプライヤ、その他エンジニアリング機能と連携し、試作部品の納入を調整
• 顧客向け試作リリースを調整し、エンジニアリング成果物がリリースレベルに応じた完全性と品質を満たすことを確認
• 電子ハードウェアチームリーダーと積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、プロジェクトへのリソース割り当てを調整し、優先順位の解決を支援
• 電子ハードウェア部門内でプロジェクトリソース問題をエスカレーション
• 知的財産の創出を重視し、品質重視のプロジェクト文化を醸成
• プロジェクト実行効率を高めるためのプロセス改善を特定・提案・実装

賞与込みの想定年収：724万～1,097万円
年俸：630万～954万円＋賞与（最大15%）

≪Job Description & Position Highlights≫

• Project management responsibilities overseeing ECU hardware development projects, including progress, budget, and quality control
• Opportunity to engage with global teams on advanced technologies such as functional safety and cybersecurity compliance
• Demonstrate leadership and project management skills through coordination with domestic and international customers/locations and team leadership
• Annual holidays: 121 days. Hybrid work environment (remote + business travel) available. Relocation allowance provided for a supportive work environment.

【Job Responsibilities】
Hardware project management of Electronic Control Unit application projects for GKN Automotive – related to projects out of Japan.
Coordinate execution of complex internally developed core and customer Hardware application projects in the AUTOSAR context and compliant to ASPICE processes (MAN.3, ACQ.4, HWE.x).

• Act as Single Point of Contact for the internal and external stakeholders for hardware engineering development projects, with special focus on Japanese customers and markets.
• Act as key interface to the globally working electronics hardware team, the local customer project team and other domains such as System, Software and Testing.
• Develop and manage hardware project timelines, and ensure them being executed according to agreed milestones and content, within budget and adhering to quality goals
• Create tasks for team members to execute project work products and be accountable for their delivery, in collaboration with the local team leads
• Manage and supply to multi-domain sub-streams such as cyber security and functional safety from hardware perspective.
• Identify technical, timing, and cost risks for hardware development projects. Develop risk mitigation plans and roll out the action plan to the team.
• Identify and produce project metrics, concisely demonstrating progress.
• Support collecting, implementing, and tracking product cost reduction opportunities during development and after production.
• Work directly with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Suppliers, and other engineering functions to coordinate sample delivery.
• Coordinate customer sample releases, ensuring engineering work products meet the appropriate completeness and quality according to the release level.
• Actively communicate with electronics hardware team leaders regarding resource assignments to projects, and support prioritization resolution.
• Escalate project resource issues within the electronics hardware department.
• Encourage a project culture that values IP generation and drives team toward quality delivery.
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to increase project execution efficiency.

• 電気工学、電子工学技術、またはメカトロニクスの修士号
• 日本語ネイティブ、かつ英語での高度な会話・文書能力
• 必要に応じて顧客先でのサポートが可能であること
• 外部試験施設やGKNの他拠点への海外出張が可能であること
• 自動車業界でのハードウェアプロジェクト管理における実績
  （10年以上の業界経験、うち直近5年以上はグローバルチーム・プロジェクトでのチームリード活動を含む）
• AUTOSARの概念、機能安全、サイバーセキュリティに関するハードウェア領域での確かな理解
• アジャイル手法やハードウェアプロセスでの実務経験があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、チームワーク、リーダーシップスキル

【居住地について】
第1希望：栃木に転居可の方
第2希望：関東圏に在住者で在宅＋出張ハイブリット可の方　
基本、会社出勤を希望するが、居住地の都合で、在宅＋出勤のハイブリットも可とする。
※ただし、入社者の居住地は関東圏内を条件とする。
※現住所から栃木への転居が必要な場合、赴任支度金30万円を支給（家賃補助はありません）

【Formal qualifications required:】

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology or Mechatronics.
• Native Japanese and very proficient English, both in speaking and writing required
• Ability to support at customer site as needed
• Ability to globally travel ~10% of time to external labs and other GKN facilities globally

【Previous experience required:】

• Overall 10+ years of Industry experience with a proven track record in managing hardware projects in the automotive industry for the last 5+ years, incl. team lead activities in global teams and projects
• Solid understanding of AUTOSAR concepts, Functional Safety and Cyber Security in the context of hardware
• Working experience in agile methodologies and HW processes preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills
