【業務内容】
「テストエンジニア」(Physical Test Engineer)は、自動車メーカー、GKNグローバル（Physical Test チーム）、サプライヤーと協力し、GKN AutomotiveのePowertrain製品の妥当性を実験により検証する仕事です。現在注力している電子制御LSD(ETM2)やeDriveシステムのテストの対応が急務であるため、サポートが必要です。

1.ePowertrain全製品(特にETM2/eDrive)のテスト計画・実施
2. テスト結果の解析とまとめ
3. テスト報告書の発行
4. 製品システムテストに必要な機器の検討
5. GKNグローバルチームと連携した製品システム試験準備
6. 製品システムテストに向けたサプライヤーとの連携
7. 製品システムテストのための外部試験所との調整
8. GKN グローバルグループ内の関連ワークショップへの参加
9. 製品システムテストに必要な教育への参加
10. テストエンジニアのための製品システムテスト教育
11. 顧客との製品システムテスト条件・日程の調整
12. 製品システムテストに必要な予算申請（稟議含）

■配属部署：開発部門 実験課

■顧客：国内OEM、海外OEM、その他海外企業も含む駆動系部品サプライヤー
■連携拠点：日本（大光寺事業所、本社栃木工場、常滑工場）、ドイツ、スペイン、イタリア、アメリカ、アジア　など
■GKNドライブラインジャパン拠点：本社栃木工場(栃木市)、大光寺事業所（栃木市）、常滑工場(愛知県常滑市)
■チーム構成（Japan Physical Test Team）： 全員で18名（栃木、大光寺両拠点）
課長2名 うち、栃木eLSD/ETMチーム 4名（課長1名　課員3名。欠員1名除く）

【給与】
年収：480万円～672万円（賞与込み）
基本給：300,000～420,000円（経験、能力に応じて決定）
■賞与：基本給の4.0カ月（2025年実績）

8:30～17:20（時間外勤務の可能性あり）
■フレックス勤務制度：有り
■平均残業時間：0～15時間程度（業務の状況による）

【勤務地】
本社・栃木工場：栃木県栃木市大宮町2338番地　 ※基本は出勤
■海外出張：ドイツ、アジア、アメリカの可能性有り
■在宅勤務：基本的に「出勤」となります。
　（夕方以降でGlobalの会議などがある場合は、自宅から出席いただくことは可能です）
　※当社の在宅勤務制度として、諸事情で在宅勤務を行う場合は、基本10日/月まで。

≪Job Description & Position Highlights≫

• End-to-end responsibility for ePowertrain (ETM2/eDrive) testing—planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Core role supporting safety and performance by validating cutting-edge EV powertrain products on actual hardware
• Collaborate with Japanese OEMs and global sites to enhance expertise and language skills in a worldwide development environment

【Job Responsibilities】
Physical Test Engineer is responsible for validating GKN Automotive's ePowertrain products through testing, working with OEMs, GKN Global Physical Test team, and suppliers. Support is urgently needed to conduct of the testing of the electronically controlled LSD (ETM2) and eDrive systems that we are focusing on now.

■Key Responsibilities
1. Test planning and execution for all ePowertrain products (ETM2/eDrive)
2. Analysis and summarizing of test results
3. Creating test reports
4. Study of equipment required for ETM2/eDrive system test
5. Working with GKN global team to prepare for ETM2/eDrive system test
6. Working with suppliers to prepare for ETM2/eDrive system test
7. Coordination with an external laboratory for ETM2/eDrive system test
8. Participation in GKN PT ETM2/eDrive workshop
9. Attendance to training required for ETM2/eDrive system test
10. ETM2/eDrive system test training for test engineer
11. Coordinating of ETM2/eDrive system test condition and schedule with customers
12. OGS and CAPEX budget applications for ETM2/eDrive system test

including Manager 2 eLSD/ETM team : 4 people (including Manager 2)

【Salary】
Total Annual Salary including bonus：JPY 4.8m – 6.7m
Based Monthly Salary：JPY 300,000 – 420,000
■Bonus：Based monthly salary x 4.0months(2025 yr actual)

【Working Hours】
8:30-17:20 (overtime available)
■Average Overtime: 0-15ｈ（depending on case of working status.Flexible work is implemented.）

■Domestic and oversea business trip：
Daikoji office (Tochigi city), (Enable to use company car),Germany (GKN engineering office) for training - once / year

• Holidays: 5-day work, 2-day off on calendar
• 2-day off per week (Saturday and Sunday), work on weekdays and holidays,
• 9-10 days off for Golden Week, Summer holidays, and New Year's holidays

【必須要件】
下記の条件にすべて当てはまる方

• 大学院、大学、高専、高校にて「電気電子工学」あるいはそれ相当の学科を卒業していること。
• 自動車業界において、以下の要件を満たすエンジニアの経験があること。
  1. 自動車パワートレイン制御部品エンジニアリングにおける電気電子制御(ソフトウェア含)関連の開発ツール/プロセス（設計、実験、評価）における知識と経験
  2. 報告書や仕様書の作成、共同作業の経験
  3. 日本の運転免許をお持ちの方
  4. 英語スキル：初級～中級レベル相当
  5.日本語が堪能な方（JLPT N1-N2）（実務でグローバルビジネスの経験がある方歓迎）

【Essential Qualifications & Experience】

• Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree/course in University /Technical college/Highschool
• In automobile Industry, engineering experience which meets all of these requirements
  1. Knowledge and experience within relevant development tools/processes for Electrical &Electronics control (including Software) at Automotive Powertrain controlled components engineering.
  2. Experience in creation of reporting and specification and working with them
  3. Driver’s License to move to other domestic location
  4. English Basic level
  5. Japanese Fluent (JPLT N1-N2 level) *Experience in global business in practical work practice is preferred.
