• N3+ level in japanese and business english 
• Strong expertise across modern enterprise technologies including APIs (REST/SOAP, OpenAPI, Swagger), cloud, DevOps, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), web frameworks, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and messaging systems
• Hands-on knowledge of either GenAI, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, automation, and code quality/security tools 
• Interest about leading complex programs and technology transformations, with proven ability to deliver at scale, manage cost, improve efficiency, and drive organizational change.
• Experienced in leading small to mid-sized teams, capable of making timely, value-driven decisions, with strong communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
