JAC Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the Property & Construction sector. As part of their business expansion, our client is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager, focusing on identifying new project opportunities, conducting feasibility and financial analysis, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to bring projects into execution.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Investment, Property Acquisition, or Project Development, preferably within developers, industrial park, property management or consulting market research.
• Strong capability in financial modeling (IRR, NPV, ROI) and property project feasibility studies.
• Experience in preparing strategic plans, RKAP, and RJPP.
• Solid understanding of property and industrial park regulations, including permitting, zoning, land status, and asset legality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Industrial Park and Real Estate projects.
• Conduct investment and project feasibility analysis, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Manage asset acquisition and divestment processes.
• Support revenue growth through new project origination and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
