Committed to engineering excellence and client satisfaction, they are seeking a driven Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to significant upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering: Develop and review electrical system designs, including power distribution (MV/LV), lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.

• Project Management & Supervision: Oversee and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Technical Coordination: Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., civil, mechanical) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Provide expert technical support to resolve electrical design and installation issues, as well as operational problems during project phases and warranty periods.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical works comply with local statutory requirements, Singapore Standards (SS), and industry best practices.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, progress reports, project specifications, and other necessary documentation.

• Cost Control & Procurement: Assist in budget planning, material selection, and procurement processes for electrical components and equipment.

• Innovation & Efficiency: Contribute to the implementation of energy-efficient electrical solutions and the adoption of new technologies.

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably within an M&E contracting firm.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical power systems, control systems, protection schemes, and relevant Singapore electrical codes and standards.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and analytical tools (e.g., ETAP, DIALux) is highly advantageous.

• Project Exposure: Proven experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, hospital, or infrastructure projects will be a significant asset.

• Skills:  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a project team.
