COMPANY OVERVIEW

Its work centres on reclaiming components—such as carbon fibre, aluminium, and engineered alloys—from retired aircraft and converting them into reliable, high‑value industrial inputs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Circular Manufacturing Lead (or Factory Manager / Facilities / Plant Representative) to oversee daily operations, process optimisation, and team management at a growing circular‑materials production facility. This role encompasses operational leadership, R&D execution, and technical supervision within a chemical‑processing and advanced‑materials environment.
Lead daily plant operations and ensure smooth production
Guide a small team of technicians, operators, and interns
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues on the spot
Support R&D activities and help bring new ideas to production
Improve process efficiency, yield, and quality
Ensure safety, environmental, and operational compliance
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and SOPs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar
3–5 years experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or chemical plant operations
Comfortable with hands‑on work in industrial or lab settings
Experience with reactors, composite materials, or chemical processes
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to safety
Good communication, leadership, and documentation abilities
