A company in the marketing platform and e-commerce system development industry is hiring for an IT Communicator position.

Job Descriptions

• Provide Japanese interpretation during meetings between Japanese and Vietnam-based development teams
• Translate Japanese documents related to system development projects
• Participate in system development projects and support smooth communication among stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings to ensure clear understanding and productive discussions
  Prepare and maintain project-related documentation

• Work closely with engineers to support daily communication and project coordination

   

Job Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience involving oral and written communication in Japanese and Vietnamese
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1, with strong communication skills
• Strong interest in system development and willingness to study IT knowledge
• Logical thinking ability and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to learn independently and proactively
  University degree with a major in Japanese language or related field
• Experience as an IT Communicator is a plus
• Experience living in Japan for one year or more is an advantage
• Document creation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are preferred
