A company in the Forex systems field is hiring for a Technical Architect position.

Job Descriptions

• Take ownership of the technical architecture of the Forex system, supporting mastery of the core system and long-term technical partnership with clients.

• Understand and evolve the overall design and architecture of the system to ensure stability, scalability, and sustainability.

• Review solutions, source code, and effort estimations, ensuring non-functional requirements such as security and performance are fully met.

• Lead the technical roadmap in close collaboration with account and delivery leadership.

• Mentor Tech Leads and senior developers to strengthen internal technical capability and ownership.

• Participate in high-level technical discussions with clients and Japanese vendors.

• Organize and oversee the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, estimation, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

   

   

Job Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  Eight to ten years of software development experience, including at least three years in an Architect or Tech Lead role.

• Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or above.

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, especially for high-availability, security-critical, and performance-sensitive systems.

• Experience with backend systems and system integration.

• Understanding of financial or trading systems.

• System-level thinking with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with Japanese clients, demonstrating patience and logical thinking.

• High level of technical expertise and strong command of programming language resources.

• Experience guiding technical proposals, solution selection, project estimation, and resource planning.

• Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse roles.

• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to research, analyze, and apply new technologies and frameworks.
