Software Development Engineer in Test

The company provides multiple cloud-based services for both businesses and individuals to solve a wide range of financial challenges.

As new products and features continue to be developed, ensuring high development speed and maintaining customer satisfaction through quality assurance have become increasingly critical.

While agile development has helped improve speed, quality assurance within short development cycles is still evolving. Strengthening expertise in this area, particularly through SDET roles, is a key focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Improving unit test coverage

• Ensuring upstream quality using metrics

• Test automation using tools such as Postman

• Automating non-functional testing, including chaos engineering

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of software development experience, or
  3+ years of test automation experience using scripting languages

• ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science, or equivalent knowledge (e.g., national IT certifications)

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Not required

• English: Business-level proficiency
